AWIPS build OB23.4.1 is built for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.  As of this date,
OB23.4.1 is still in beta testing.  Since basic maintenance support for RHEL7
ended on 30June2024, a preliminary version of OB23.4.1 is being provided for
those who must move off RHEL7 as soon as possible.

The version of OB23.4.1 provided here only contains the rpms -- no source code,
no documentation, no install scripts, and no "rehosted" code.  Regression
testing is ongoing.  The full version of 23.4.1 is expected within the next
several months.  Further information will be provided once a more precise
date is known.
