showers and thunderstorms over much of eastern Oklahoma and 

northwest Arkansas. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were 

located in Washington, Creek and Osage counties in Oklahoma. The 

precipitation was in the Tulsa area. The precipitation was in the 

Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to the 

northeast at around 35 mph. . Coverage and intensity remained about 

the same as last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight, 

occasional showers with thunderstorms likely with heavy rainfall and 

temperatures 53 to 62 degrees along with east winds 5 to 10 mph.
