showers and thunderstorms mainly over much of eastern Oklahoma and 

into northwest Arkansas. The precipitation was heaviest in 

Washington and Osage counties in Oklahoma. The precipitation was in 

the Tulsa and Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville areas. Movement 

was to the northeast at greater than 40 mph. . Coverage and 

intensity remained about the same as last hour. The Tulsa area 

forecast for early this morning, occasional showers and a chance of 

thunderstorms with heavy rainfall and temperatures 55 to 63 degrees 

along with southeast winds 5 to 15 mph.
