showers and thunderstorms mostly northwest of a line from Hugo to 

Fayetteville. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in 

Tulsa, Rogers and Okmulgee counties in Oklahoma. The precipitation 

was in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was 

to the northeast at greater than 40 mph. . Intensity increased 

during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning 

and into this afternoon, occasional showers with thunderstorms 

likely with heavy rainfall and temperatures 54 to 64 degrees along 

with east winds up to 10 mph shifting to the southwest.
