showers and thunderstorms mainly northwest of a line from Hugo to 

Fayetteville and also in Arkansas east of I49. Thunderstorms with 

locally heavy rain were located in Washington, Nowata and Rogers 

counties in Oklahoma. The precipitation was in the Tulsa area. The 

precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. 

Movement was to the northeast at greater than 40 mph. . Coverage, 

and intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area 

forecast for early this morning, cloudy, occasional showers with 

thunderstorms likely. Some thunderstorms may be severe with heavy 

rainfall.
