showers and thunderstorms over much of eastern Oklahoma and 

northwest Arkansas and also east of a Eufaula to Hugo line. 

Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Haskell, 

Okfuskee and Adair counties in Oklahoma. The precipitation was in 

the Fort Smith and Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville areas. 

Movement was to the northeast at greater than 40 mph. . Coverage and 

intensity remained about the same as last hour. The Tulsa area 

forecast for this morning, occasional showers and a chance of 

thunderstorms with heavy rainfall and temperatures 53 to 60 degrees 

along with northeast winds 5 to 15 mph.
