also in Arkansas east of I49. The precipitation was in the Tulsa 

area. Movement was to the northeast at greater than 40 mph. . 

Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa 

area forecast for late this morning and into this afternoon, 

occasional showers and a chance of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall 

and temperatures 51 to 56 degrees along with north winds 5 to 10 

mph.
