CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON: WIND : N to NE 5 to 15 east of Plettenberg Bay at first, otherwise W to NW 5 to 15, but W to SW 10 to 20 west of Plettenberg Bay spreading east, reaching East London towards mid-period while becoming E to NE 10 to 20 west of Mossel Bay, spreading to Port Alfred in the evening and East London by the end of period. VIS : Good, very poor in fog west of Plettenberg Bay, clearing by mid-period and again between Algoa Bay and East London from the evening. SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m, with SW swell.
