1. Very poor visibility is expected in fog between Cape Point and Cape

   Agulhas from the afternoon spreading to Cape Columbine and Stillbaai

   in the evening, clearing from west while spreading eastward overnight

   but remaining between Gouritsmond and Knysna clearing north of Robin

   Island towards the end of the period.



2. Moderate visibility in showers and rain is expected in places between

   Richards Bay and Maputo until late afternoon and from the early hours

   of the morning, as well as over the Mozambique channel in places in

   the south-western parts until mid-period and in the north.

ORANGE RIVER TO CAPE AGULHAS:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10 becoming SE to S 05 to 15kt south of Cape

           Columbine from the evening.

VIS      : Good, but very poor in fog south of Cape Point from the

           afternoon spreading to Cape Columbine by the evening and

           clearing north of Robin Island towards the end of the period.

SEA STATE: 2.0m, with SW swell.



CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON:

WIND     : E to NE 5 to 10, but W to NW 5 to 15 west of Port Elizabeth,

           spreading to East London towards the end of the period.

VIS      : Good, very poor in fog west of Stillbaai from late evening

           clearing from west while spreading eastward overnight but

           remaining between Gouritsmond and Knysna.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m, with SW swell.



EAST LONDON TO MAPUTO:

WIND     : N to NE 05 to 15, reaching 20 south of Cape St Lucia, becoming

           W to SW 05 to 10 south of Coffee Bay by the end of the period.

VIS      : Moderate in showers and rain in places between Richards Bay

           and Maputo until late afternoon and from the early hours of

           the morning, otherwise good.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m with SW swell.



MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:

WIND     : S to SE 05 to 15 reaching 20 in the south-east until mid-

           period.

VIS      : Good, otherwise moderate in showers in places south-west until

           mid-period and in the north.

SEA STATE: 3.0m in the extreme south-east, with S to SE swell.
