...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM CDT EARLY THIS 

MORNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL CLARK AND CENTRAL HOT SPRING COUNTIES...



At 1244 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms dropped 

anywhere from 2 to 3 inches of rain across the warned area. The 

precipitation has largely ended but water will still need time to 

run off. Flash flooding is ongoing.



HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor

         drainage and low-lying areas.
