This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen already, mostly in parts of Montgomery and Bath Counties. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area this afternoon into the early evening. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
