through mid-week. Moisture remains on the higher side under an

onshore flow regime with a shallow marine layer developing along the

A drying and warming trend today through the remainder of the week,

but overnight RH recoveries will remain high. Below normal 

temperatures are expected through Wednesday, before back up to 

near to above normal on Thursday. Breezy northwest winds are 

expected each afternoon, with gusts from 20 to 30 mph along the 

coast and exposed ridges. There is a slight chance (15-25%) of 

wetting rain return on Saturday, but mostly dry weather conditions

most likely persist over the weekend.
