Generally dry and warmer conditions with light northerly breezes are

expected through the middle of the week. There are also slight chances

for showers and isolated thunderstorms late this afternoon and Wednesday.

Another late season storm may bring back colder temperatures, gusty

winds as well as wetting rain and snow chances over the weekend.
