A warming trend continues with above average temperatures through

Friday. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible along the 

Sierra in Mono County this afternoon, with chances for storms 

across the eastern Sierra and into western Nevada Friday. Another 

spring storm system is expected this weekend with colder 

temperatures, gusty winds, as well as rain and high elevation snow

chances.
