Gusty northwest winds will continue to abate today, but dry

northerly gusts will pick up again across the higher elevations of

the interior North and East Bays tonight into  Monday. Dry and warm

conditions will prevail through the week. The interior North and

East Bays will see the poorest overnight  recoveries tonight with

maximum relative humidities of 20-40  percent. However, fuels remain

moist, which will limit fire  weather concerns.

Drier conditions with near normal high temperatures expected today.

Strong and gusty northerly to northwesterly winds along the coast

and over exposed ridges expected to continue today. Warmer

temperatures, drier humidity and strong gusty northeast and east

winds expected tonight and Monday. Offshore flow, low humidity and

above normal temperatures continues Monday night through Tuesday.

Onshore flow develops by Wednesday and coastal stratus returns.
