Breezy to gusty north to northeast winds, dry and warm conditions

will continue through the afternoon with a high  pressure system

moving in from the north. A shallow coastally  trapped southerly

wind reversal is slowly developing along the  Central Coast. Any

marine air intrusions will remain confined to  the immediate

coastline during the near term. Offshore breezes  will linger

Tuesday with a general trend toward increasing coastal stratus and

fog returning during the mid to late week timeframe,  best chances

of development at night and early morning. A weakening upper level

trough of low pressure will approach the district from the northwest

this weekend.

Low humidity and breezy winds will continue today.  This morning

winds are strongest in Lake county with stronger  returning at the

coast later this morning. High temperatures will  be 5 to 10 degrees

warmer than Sunday. These warm temperatures  continue Tuesday.

Wednesday and Thursday the marine layer is  expected to keep

temperatures cooler at the coast and in the near  coastal areas.

Friday and Saturday warmer temperatures are  expected again.
