Cool conditions with poor to good daytime relative humidity are

expected today. Light rain will fall overnight into tomorrow morning

with a chance for wetting rain in some of the higher terrain. Strong

and gusty onshore winds will be prevalent through Tuesday with

widespread wind gusts of 25-35mph, up to 50mph in the highest

terrain and through gaps and passes. There still remains a 10%

chance for thunderstorms Monday which would pose the risk of

lightning, small hail, and locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds.

Warm temperatures expected through Saturday, with the warmest and

driest day expected today. Winds will be mainly  be light and

terrain driven with some afternoon westerly winds of  10 to 15. Late

Sunday into Monday there is a 30 to 90 percent  chance of a wetting

rain, with the highest probabilities in the  north. Much cooler

temperatures are expected as well. Breezy to  windy south-southwest

winds Sunday evening through Monday, with 20 to 35 mph at low

elevations and 35 to 45 mph at high elevations  from Sunday evening

through Monday evening.
