...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 AM PDT...



For the following areas...

Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa

Catalina and Anacapa Islands...



At 120 AM PDT, showers capable of producing waterspouts were located

along a line extending from near Newport Harbor to 10 nm southwest of

Dana Point, moving east at 10 knots.



HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft 

         could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly 

         higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

Newport Harbor.
