Bayside and Gulf side from Craig Key to west end of Seven Mile

Florida Bay including Barnes Sound, Blackwater Sound, and Buttonwood

Sound...



At 303 AM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a a

strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.

This thunderstorm was located over Bonefish Tower, moving east at 15

knots.



Locations that will be affected include...

Channel Key Pass Light, Bonefish Tower, Tennessee Reef Light, Toms

Harbor, Vaca Cut Daybeacon 13, Long Key Viaduct, and East Turtle

Shoal Light.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally

rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and

potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as

safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
