Through 7 am, isolated to scattered showers and potentially a 

thunderstorm will continue moving to the southwest at near 5 knots 

through the nearshore and offshore waters of the Florida Keys. 

Occasionally, a shower or thunderstorm may move across the Island 

Chain. Mariners encountering this activity can expect brief moderate 

to at times heavy downpours reducing visibility and winds gusts of 15

to 20 knots. On land, additional rainfall amounts of a trace to few 

hundredths of an inch will be possible.
