offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New

England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

more than twice the significant wave height.



Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.



.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build SE

across the waters tonight into Mon, then shift SE by Mon night. A

cold front will pass quickly S across the waters later Mon night

into early Tue. Another high will build SE across the waters

later Tue into Tue night, then gradually shift SE of the area

later Tue night into Wed night. A broad low pressure area will

develop SW of the area Tue into Wed over the Mid-Atlantic states,

with the associated warm front lifting N and approaching the

southern portions Thu into Thu night. Both the low and warm front

will lift NE across the waters Fri and Fri night while weakening.
