.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure near Vancouver Island will

slowly move NE today as high pressure builds W of the area. A

cold front will move SE into the northern waters tonight then

stall over the southern OR waters Wed while dissipating. High

pressure will briefly build over the waters Thu before a warm

front lifts N through the area Thu night. A cold front will

quickly follow moving SE over the waters Fri while dissipating. A

trough will form along the coast Sat and persist into Sat night

while high pressure builds W of the region. Astoria NAVTEX is

reported down. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
