.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the

southern portions will dissipate this morning, while high 

pressure shifts E of the northern portions later today. A broad 

low pressure SW of the area will slowly lift NE across the Mid- 

Atlantic states today, with an associated warm front lifting N 

and approaching the southern portions tonight. Both the low and 

warm front will lift NE across the waters Thu into Thu night 

while weakening. A weak cold front will approach from the N Fri, 

then move S and stall over the waters Fri night into Sat. Low 

pressure will move offshore along the front later Sat and Sat 

night. The low and associated front will sweep across the waters 

Sun and Sun night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure will slowly lift N

and inland across the Mid-Atlantic states this morning, then 

stall near the Delmarva later today and tonight. An associated 

warm front extends SE across the waters from Cape Henry to near 

33N71W, and will slowly lift N through tonight. A low pressure 

trough extends S across the area from near 35N and will remain 

stationary today, then dissipate tonight. The low and front will 

drift E and NE Thu and Thu night while dissipating. A low 

pressure trough will approach the coast Fri, then push offshore 

and across the waters Fri night and Sat. A cold front will 

approach the coast late Sat, then move offshore Sat night. The 

front will sweep across the waters Sun into Sun night before a 

secondary cold front or low pressure trough approaches the coast.
