The first evidence for this tornado was on the west side of Derr Road, where a tree was downed on a camper. Sporadic damage was noted in the next subdivision to the east, with some minor structural damage and numerous trees downed. The most significant damage occurred north of Moorefield Road, along Ridgewood Road West, Waltin Lane, and Midland Road. Two homes had large portions of their roofs removed, with damage estimated to 100 MPH, within the EF1 category on the Enhanced Fujita Scale. One section of a roof was thrown across the road and into the backyard of another property. Additional debris was lofted and thrown into multiple trees. Shingle damage was noted on numerous homes, and tree damage was widespread through this neighborhood. Damage to the east of Ridgewood Road East was more limited and sporadic, but several trees and large limbs were downed on Middle Urbana Road, Windy Ridge Drive, and Morris Road. The first evidence of this tornado occurred on Johnson Road east of Folk Ream Road, with several downed tree branches and a few small snapped trees. On Shrine Road, north of Johnson Road, there was a significant amount of damage to corn on both sides of the road. The corn damage was evident well to the east of Shrine Road.
