.SYNOPSIS...Scattered showers will persist throughout the day as

snow levels hover around 4500 feet. The upper portions of the road

will receive a couple of inches of new snow. A ridge of high

pressure slides over the area on Thursday allowing for

significant warming. Another low pressure system will impact the

region this weekend with the potential of significant snow as snow

levels drop to around 3000 feet. The road above The Loop has a 40

to 60% chance of receiving over 10 inches of snow in 48 hours 

ending Sunday night.
