* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out

  20 NM...

  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...

  Pensacola Bay Area including Santa Rosa Sound...



* Until 730 AM CDT.



* At 602 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing

  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Pensacola

  Bay to 14 nm west of Oriskany Reef, moving northeast at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Pass, Fort Pickens, East Bay, Pensacola

  Bay Bridge, Garcon Point Bridge, Pensacola Bay, Navarre Beach, East

  Santa Rosa Sound, and West Santa Rosa Sound.
