* Special Marine Warning for...

  Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 40 NM...



* Until 400 PM EDT.



* At 233 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 

  near Joe Shuford Reef to 20 NM south of Doug Mellichamp Reef, 

  moving northeast at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds

           and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Edisto Buoy, Y-73 Reef, Capers Mid Shelf, Comanche Reef, Doug 

  Mellichamp Reef and Cape Romain Reef.
