* Until 1245 AM EDT.



* At 1211 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm south of T

  Tower, moving north at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
