* Until 745 AM EDT.



* At 652 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 25 nm east of

  Floyd's Wall Northeast, moving north at 15 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.



* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
