The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a



* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20

  NM...



* Until 800 PM EDT.



* At 727 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing

  waterspouts was located over Delray Beach, moving northeast at 25

  knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Ocean Ridge, Hypoluxo, South Palm Beach, Manalapan, Briny Breezes,

  Gulf Stream, Palm Beach, and Delray Beach.
