* Until 830 PM EDT.



* At 740 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 21 nm southeast of

  Oak Point, or 51 nm south of The Western Lake Superior Buoy, moving

  north at 35 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
