  Lake Superior from Grand Marais MI to Whitefish Point MI 5NM off

  shore to the US/Canadian border...

  Munising to Grand Marais MI...



* Until 745 PM EDT.



* At 651 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 21 nm southeast of The Eastern Lake Superior Buoy to

  19 nm northwest of Muskallonge State Park to 13 nm southeast of

  Grand Sable Dunes, moving northeast at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
