At 529 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Smith Lake, or over Arley, moving east at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 mph or greater.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Phelan, Walter, Wilburn, Good Hope, Baileyton, Cullman, Black Bottom,

Baldwin, Crane Hill, and Garden City.
