SOUTHEASTERN SHELBY...NORTHERN COOSA AND CLAY COUNTIES THROUGH 700 AM

CDT...



At 614 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Fayetteville, or over Talladega Springs, moving east at 45 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.

Cleveland Crossroads, Alabama 4H Center, Shelby Shores, Gantts

Quarry, Goodwater, Strickland Crossroads, Kelley Branch, Talladega

Springs, Varnons, Marble Valley, Lineville, Millerville, Mellow

Valley, Ashland, Mignon, Gunthertown, Fayetteville, Sylacauga

Municipal Airport, Beeswax Creek Park, and Overbrook.
