...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of western Putnam, east

central Butts and Jasper Counties through 1000 AM EDT...



At 936 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was near Monticello, moving east

at 45 mph.



HAZARD...Up to 40 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to 

         ground lightning.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of 

         light, unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Eatonton, Monticello, Shady Dale, Turtle Cove, Resseaus Crossroads,

Warfield, Willard, Central Georgia Experiment Stn, Calvin, Eudora,

North Alcovy, McElheneys Crossroads, Stanfordville, Adgateville, and

Rock Eagle 4-H Center.
