...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL SENECA AND

NORTHWESTERN CAYUGA COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM EDT...



At 211 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong

thunderstorms over Montezuma, or near Seneca Falls, moving east at 30

mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Auburn, Seneca Falls, Waterloo, Sennett, Fleming, Montezuma, Union

Springs, Tyre, Cayuga, and Canoga.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
