At 515 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Charleston, moving east at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

South Bay In Orleans County, Beecher Falls, Charleston, Newport Town,

Black Island, Westmore, Orleans Village, Beebe Plains, West

Charleston, Derby Center, North Derby, Brownington Center,

Brownington, Derby Bay, Brunswick, Newport City, Sutton, Coventry,

Horseneck Island, and Barton.



This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 162 and 177.
