* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Northwestern Carter County in southeastern Missouri...



* Until 315 PM CDT.



* At 245 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Winona, or 18

  miles east of Mountain View, moving northeast at 65 mph.



  THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR northwest Carter County.



  HAZARD...Three inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured. 

           Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs, 

           siding, and vehicles.



* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of

  northwestern Carter County.
