* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Northern Jefferson County in south central Illinois...



* Until 430 PM CDT.



* At 349 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ashley, or 8

  miles east of Nashville, moving east at 55 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  Mount Vernon, Woodlawn, and Dix.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 57 in Illinois between Mile Markers 97 and 105.

 Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 63 and 73.
