...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM EDT

FOR SOUTHEASTERN PERRY...WEST CENTRAL MORGAN...NORTHERN VINTON AND

NORTHWESTERN ATHENS COUNTIES...



At 1102 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from near Logan to 11 miles southwest of Hocking Hills

State Park, moving east at 55 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Nelsonville, Glouster, Lake Hope State Park, New Straitsville,

Buchtel, Jacksonville, Trimble, Zaleski, Hemlock, Creola, Eagle

Mills, Burr Oak State Park, and Allensville.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT for southeastern

Ohio.

building.



Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
