...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 200 AM CDT

FOR SOUTHEASTERN LAFAYETTE...NORTHERN CHICKASAW...NORTHERN CALHOUN...

UNION...PONTOTOC...LEE AND SOUTHWESTERN PRENTISS COUNTIES...



At 138 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from near Ecru to near Randolph to near Pittsboro, moving

east at 55 mph.



HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 

         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 

         roofs, and outbuildings.



Locations impacted include...

Shari, Pittsboro, Robbs, Esperanza, Thorn, Chiwapa, Okolona, New

Harmony, Pratts Friendship, Rough Edge, Glenfield, George P Cossar

State Park, Van Vleet, Parkersburg, Toccopola, Alpine, Bissell,

Buchannan, Troy, and Corrona.
