FOR NORTHWESTERN MOORE AND SOUTHEASTERN RANDOLPH COUNTIES...



At 751 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Seagrove, or

near North Carolina Zoo, moving east at 55 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

North Carolina Zoo, Seagrove, and Coleridge.
