FOR NORTHEASTERN SOMERVELL...SOUTHWESTERN JOHNSON...NORTHEASTERN

BOSQUE AND NORTHWESTERN HILL COUNTIES...



At 826 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Morgan, or 14 

miles north of Clifton, moving northeast at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 824 PM CDT...hail over 2 

         inches in diameter was reported north of Meridian with this 

         storm.



IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Walnut Springs, Cleburne State Park, Eulogy, Meridian State Park,

Kopperl, Brazos Point, Meridian, Morgan, Retreat, Blum, Lakeside

Village, Nemo, Covington, Rainbow, and Lake Whitney.
