SITUATION
At 1800 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 40 nautical miles of
 latitude eleven decimal seven south (11.7S)
 longitude ninety four decimal seven east (94.7E)
Recent movement : east at 4 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 1000 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 90 nautical miles in SW quadrant within 60 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre.

Winds above 34 knots within 90 nautical miles of in SW quadrant and within 60
nautical miles in NW quadrant, with rough seas and moderate swell.
