At 0600 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 25 nautical miles of
 latitude eleven decimal nine south (11.9S)
 longitude ninety five decimal eight east (95.8E)
Recent movement : east southeast at 10 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 998 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 100 nautical miles in SW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre.

Winds above 34 knots within 100 nautical miles in SW quadrant easing by 1800
UTC 27 December with rough seas and moderate swell.
