 latitude twenty seven decimal three south (27.3S)
 longitude one hundred and six decimal nine east (106.9E)

Maximum winds   : 45 knots
Central pressure: 987 hPa

Within 80 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 90 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 120 nautical miles in SW quadrant

Maximum winds to 45 knots in easing to 35 knots by 0000 UTC 23 January.

January
