HURRICANE FORCE WIND WARNING

Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the
averages given here, and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.

SITUATION
At 1200 UTC Severe Tropical Cyclone Bianca was centred within 20 nautical miles
of
 latitude twenty two decimal eight south (22.8S)
 longitude one hundred and two decimal zero east (102.0E)
Recent movement : south southwest at 9 knots
Maximum winds   : 85 knots
Central pressure: 967 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 40 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 85 knots near the centre easing to 35 knots by 1200 UTC 26
February.

Winds above 64 knots within 15 nautical miles of centre, increasing to 20
nautical miles by 1800 UTC 25 February with high seas.

Winds above 48 knots within 25 nautical miles of centre, increasing to 30
nautical miles by 1800 UTC 25 February with very rough seas and moderate swell.

Winds above 34 knots Within 60 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant
