Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the
averages given here, and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.

SITUATION
At 0900 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude thirteen decimal zero south (13.0S)
 longitude one hundred and twenty four decimal two east (124.2E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 10 knots
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 1002 hPa
The low not expected to develop into a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours,
however may develop into a tropical cyclone in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Although we don't expect gales within the next 24 hours we still appreciate any
weather reports.
