SITUATION
At 0000 UTC Tropical Cyclone Errol was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude fifteen decimal six south (15.6S)
 longitude one hundred and twenty three decimal three east (123.3E)
Recent movement : east at 11 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 993 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 35 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre easing to 30 knots by 1200 UTC 18
April.

Winds above 34 knots within 30 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 35 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 30 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 10 nautical miles in NW quadrant with rough seas and moderate
swell.

Gales are not expected over marine areas by 1200 UTC 18 April.
