At 0000 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 25 nautical miles of
 latitude eleven decimal one south (11.1S)
 longitude one hundred and thirty eight decimal nine east (138.9E)
Recent movement : southeast at 8 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 1000 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 50 nautical miles in SW and SE quadrants.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre.

Winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles in SW and SE quadrants with rough
seas and moderate swell.
